Green Building Marking Management Measures issued, effective from June 1, 2021!  

In order to standardize the management of green building labels and promote the high-quality development of green buildings, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development formulated and issued the Measures for the Management of Green Building Labels, which will come into force on June 1, 2021.  According to the measures, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for formulating and improving the green building labeling system, guiding and supervising the work of local green building labeling, and identifying and awarding three-star green buildings.
