At present, it has a crude oil processing capacity of 20 million tons/year, ethylene production capacity of 1.1 million tons/year, and thermal power, port, railway transportation, crude oil and refined oil pipelines, as well as a 300,000-ton single-point mooring offshore crude oil receiving and unloading system and other relatively complete supporting systems.
