Yibin Power Plant is located 9 kilometers southwest of Yibin city by the Jinsha River. Yibin city is located in the south of Sichuan Basin, with the Yangtze River in the east, big and small Liangshan in the west, yunnan and Guizhou in the south, and the central hinterland of Sichuan in the north.
